Hugo Chavez is proposing to change the constitution of Venezuela to allow himself to be reelected indefinitely — changes which he’s already been given the power to do without Congressional approval, I believe. He says democracy is alive and healthy in his country. Hah. If you want to know what the Venezuelans really think, go here.
