Senator Kerry just allowed the last statute of limitations (Massachusetts’ extremely long three year statute) to expire against the Swift Vet authors. In other words, he wasn’t willing to dispute their charges in a court, even with potential confidentiality and with a lost presidency as his claim for losses suffered. Guilty as charged.
