Courtesy of the Foundry. The problem with this idea is that Libertarians would be the second group to jump on the bandwagon here. Environmentalists are already trying to use global warming to stop any activity they dislike, regardless of the actual evidence of any damage it may or may not cause. Sure, the Libertarians could potentially stop government activities in this way, but that just one more group that won’t be able to do anything thanks to the impending litigation boom.
