Howard Dean is talking up race, and claiming (to put it politely) that Democrats better represent minorities than Republicans.

Here’s a little history quiz for you on the history of race and the parties.

Now, for recent history, compare Bush’s cabinet with Clinton’s. Members of Bush’s cabinet have included Condoleezza Rice, Alberto Gonzales, Colin Powell, and those are just the biggest positions. He Has the most racially diverse cabinet in history, while Clinton’s was far more white. So which party puts their money where their mouth is on equal treatment more consistently?
