Wired has an article of the design many new buildings are incorporating.

Doesn’t seem so harsh from Bermuda. Which we sent them to without telling the British (who own the isle).

Or several remarkably coincidental trades right before the stocks failed.

Yet another example of how the government, just like with Medicare, cannot get health care right. Maybe if they fix these programs I’ll be willing to let them go for running the rest of the healthcare system.

Meanwhile, here’s an example of a healthcare system that works…but of course programs like this get opposed by the Democrats as discriminating.

As crops are months behind planting schedule because of the cold weather.

Apparently President Obama’s brother George is also a community organizer. Now I know a bit more about what that term means.

How can inflation not be a looming worry?

Plenty of people knew, and said, exactly what this stimulus would do.

Follow these various links or this roundup. But not CNNmaybe they’re just scared, or maybe they’re covering for the regime, just like they did for the communists.

Also, courage on display here.

In a related note, I saw Iranian nationalists protesting in Harvard Square today. Best of luck, although Boston liberals seem to support freedom around the world up to the point of actually wanting to do anything about it, when they start caving. Violence never solves anything and war is not the answer, after all.

Now is the time for Obama to show that he actually stands for freedom by standing up against the Iranian regime. Show some chutzpah, Barack.

When they blame Obama’s massive deficit spending on Bush, and then refer to Ahmadinejad as Iran’s Bush?

They really do religiously see him as evil incarnate…amazing. Hmm, politics as religion is characteristic of what sorts of political philosophies?

Just by threatening to exist.

And the bigger companies are just trying to stifle innovation. It’s the classic reasons companies are so willing to go along with increasing government control.

And be telling the truth.

And they’ll pay for your gas for life if you’ll commit to a 20 year lease.

That’s hoping for durability, isn’t it?

As Popular Science Says:

A more elegant toothbrush, for a more civilized time. I want one. The titanium toothbrush was great, except that some of the bristles started to fall out after about 6 months, so while they were staying straight and clean as claimed, the toothbrush still had to be replaced at a normal schedule.

Obama fires the Inspector General because he found that one of Obama’s top supporters and campaign friends was misusing funds, and the Congressional Democrats threaten doctors who meet with Republicans about reforming health care.

This is the sort of behavior I expect in crummy second/third world dictatorships/emerging democracies, not the U.S.

Why should we care? That’s how much congress has spent investigating alternative medicines, with pretty much nothing to show for it.

Here’s A Theory

On why the left will ridicule and say such horrible things about conservative women, as we’ve seen multiple times the past week alone.

Or it could just be that they know that absolutely none of their peers or the media will condemn them for wishing rape or death on conservative women, and so they feel completely free in behaving completely atrociously.

I don’t think so. I just got an email pointing out that she’ll only be the first non-Jewish Hispanic Supreme Court Justice. The first Hispanic Supreme Court Justice was Benjamin N. Cardozo. Of course, some groups think that because he didn’t “preserve the spanish language or Iberian cultural traditions” that he wasn’t Hispanic. Those are the same groups that throw oreos at Michael Steel. What they mean is that he didn’t go around openly preaching his racial history and culture.

A racist 9/11-truther shoots up the holocaust museum, and the left is already trying to claim he was a Christian fascist right-winger. After all, he had a gun, and no one on the left ever uses those, right? Apparently we’re supposed to just ignore the fact that he hated Christians, thought socialism was the future of society, and that his ramblings sounded amazingly similar to the ramblings of the man who mentored our current president
