Closer to the truth than you think.

A key bridge for Iran’s Revolutionary Guard was just blown up. Interesting, but is this news even nearly as remotely important as continuing analysis of the beers Obama and the others were drinking?

A New Beer Worth Trying

Created from fossilized yeast that refuses to act completely like either a lager or an ale? Sounds intriguing.

Some musing over at Pajamas media on Obama’s current situation.

We can only hope, for all of our sake, that Obama remains deadlocked with the blue dogs over his bigger items, at least. And that they don’t agree to any glide paths.

Just An Idea

Bloodthirsty Liberal has a wee enhancement to an idea Obama’s administration is kicking around.

Now that Obama’s President, Tim Geithner won’t rule out a middle class tax increase.

The cash for clunkers program is in trouble after a record short time.

And we’re supposed to trust them with our health care?

Why aren’t any of the citizens of those countries happy with it, and why do Americans have so much better care and life expectancy with regard to cancers?

The FCC is starting to wonder why Apple, AT&T, and Google are restricting certain apps, such as those that would utilize VOIP over the network. It would be great if this resulted in some action that finally forced the cell phone companies to end their collusion and highway robbery.

At the NRO they’re noting what’s important to the New York Times in a scientist:

Obama’s science czar may be nuts, but at least he’s not Christian. That would be awful, wouldn’t it?

As she goes back to publicly subsidized housing.

What I want to know is how she can be a computer programmer and not be earning enough money to support herself.

The Obama-worshiping crowd thinks that Obama is so cool and classy, but once again we see them proved wrong. And again.

Honestly, can anyone give an example of a situation/country/diplomatic visit that he hasn’t turned into a giant faux pas

Especially a summary of General Fusion’s – although I think Bussard fusion will be the winner in the end. Notice that all of these concepts are from the private sector, while government is still trying to spend billions of dollars to brute force things through ITER.

Ooh, Homemade Pop Tarts?

I’m never going to succeed at my diet, am I? These things look fantastic
