Look, the Democrats not only disrespect the troops and their goals verbally, they divert defense spending, as well!

Pay-to-play politics. Aren’t you glad Obama is eliminating the branch of the Department of Labor that investigates union corruption? They also don’t want you to know about union payrolls and perks.
It’s absolutely absurd that he was blocked from investing in a private sector business simply because he’s a conservative. And yes, there were White House ties.
Even if you’re an all out Obama/Democrat supporter, do you really think it’s right to face real life consequences just for the political viewpoint you hold?
Michigan saved or created only ~300 jobs with it’s ~600 million in stimulus funding. What a great return on our investment.
Wow, people are really getting frustrated with the Democratic corruption. Maybe there is hope for 2010.
And then tell me what they’re doing differently now, because as far as I can tell, the Democrats encircled and protected the very policies that caused so much collapse – and that means we’re doomed to relive the failure.
In Massachusetts, the inmates will be getting swine flu vaccine before anyone else.
Pretty much all of the conclusions you can draw about the story reflect pretty poorly on the politics of our state.
Once again, they’re not for illegal immigration or fraud, just absolutely against any enforcement of any kind.
At least, that’s what Gateway is inferring…if so we would be forcing a legitimate democratic nation to violate their own constitution.

Why is that so? I think it has mostly to do with the close sympathies so many in the entertainment and education industries have with the values that the communists – and the fascists, too – espoused. Heck, even while World War 2 is constantly reflected on, the politics of the age (apart from the racism of the Nazis) are rarely examined.
This is the problem with unions: they’re political pressure brought down on the workplace. Any other non-union workers would be fired or docked if they attempted this. And rightly so. But unions? Nope…
Outlined at Popular Mechanics. Any technology that helps make us energy independent is pretty much good, and if the environmentalists don’t complain either, so much the better.
Not really a surprise that troop morale is down when you have news like this and seem to be watching your president try to figure out ways to capitulate, or if he should. The Afghanis certainly don’t want him to.
Meanwhile, the generals that all of the troops trust and that are the foremost experts in counterterrorism and counterinsurgency and that Americans all want Obama to listen to (except now, the Dems), are being ignored and brushed aside – as they’re calling for winning the war, which is something Obama’s not certain he wants to do.
