And isn’t it interesting that the states that seem to do this the most egregiously are liberal die-hard states? Police states do not come from societies that prefer small government.

Democrats aren’t going to be passing a budget this year. Instead, they figure they’ll just keep on spending.

Not just federally, but incorporated among the states, as well. Wonderful…but it’s a shame that it was a 5-4 opinion. It seems like such basic liberties should have more of the judges agreeing on it than that.

Not only was so much oil skimming equipment refused or held up because of silly reasons that could have been waived, but to appease labor unions they’re retraining U.S. crews to operate the equipment rather than just running with the Dutch crews.
He’s not someone I wished dead, as much as I would have liked him out of office. But given how much the media is likely to get all sentimental over how wonderful he was, I’m going to point out the absolute double standard they employed with him in regards to racism from Democrats vs. anything even remotely comparable from a conservative.
And frankly I think that the media is correct to run racist conservatives out of office, they fail us when they don’t hold Democrats to the same standard.
