Until such time as Saudi Arabia allows churches and other religions’ establishments to be built, Norway isn’t going to allow Saudi Arabia to fund mosques in their country.

That Horrible Patriotism

A member of the press acting as a debate moderator was incredibly offended by the audience’s recital of the pledge of allegiance.

Patriotism is offensive, you know.

Here’s a system that keeps lasers bonded to the silicon of the chip, traveling in a channel.

Amazing that just keeps happening, isn’t it?

We now know that code pink (of course) along with some of their more supportive Democratic congressmen were giving supplies to the very terrorists who were fighting American soldiers in Fallujah.

When you view America, the military, and the right as the greater enemy than anyone else in the world, it shouldn’t be a surprise to consistently find yourself allied with all sorts of tyrants and terrorists. The real shame is that the media buries these shameful connections and Americans as a whole fall for this anti-Americanism time and time again.

When he’s trying to take credit for Bush era programs.

With all of the rioting and social collapse occurring in Europe, some might be tempted to call their economic model dead.

Unfortunately, while the tea partiers represent the portion of Americans who have come to their senses, the Democrats are not among that group – and wish to continue spending and moving along towards the European model.

Here’s a little object lesson in how the Obama administration treats close allies such as Canada when it discovers they’ve been supporting Israel.

After decades of neglecting our key tritium producer.

Unneccessary Development

Reason takes a look at Detroit’s backwards view of city development.

Unfortunately, they’re not the only city making this mistake.

In my last point I discussed the weak and simply wrong response that Liberals have to Islamofascism. What’s the right approach?

It starts with a simple recognition: radical Islamists want Islam to rule the worldand always have. The root cause is not poverty, or occupation – it is hatred and intolerance. When you admit this obvious fact, events immediately make sense, such as why you see these Muslims so insistently trying to assert Islamic dominance at Ground Zero, or in historic cathedrals, Buckingham Palace, or any other symbolic place of religious or national importance; why they insist that the injustice being done to them is that western society is prosecuting any of them for the travesties they would commit. And why they want to, and will try, to kill the pope. Whether you like it or not, they’re declaring war on us – and not as a nation (except covertly), but as networks of terrorist cells and organizations.

Not all Muslims are radical totalitarians, but there are now plenty of these Islamofascists in every western country with any sizable Muslim population, and yes, they are actively trying to attack us: “Mumbai-Style” terror plots in Germany, Eiffel tower bomb attempts, Chicago bomb plots, coordinated European city attacks (against princes, airports, and anything else they could attack “commando-style”), Chechan Parliament raids, office buildings in Texas, and whatever this Minnesota based groupallied with leftists in America(even our president!) – was up to. And this is all recent news.

Once you realize the threat, the answer about what to do becomes much more obvious. Multiculturalism doesn’t work, and those who were among it’s strongest proponents are now admitting that. Western countries are now exporters of terroristswho come back and fight us. Instead, we need to focus on integration. We need to be willing to stand up and condemn the shariah advocates, and not consider such behavior racist. We need to stand for liberty and human rights, and recognize that there is a prominent view of Islam that is incompatible with our principles of liberty and human rights – and distinguish where that view of Islam is being practiced.

Not Making Us Any Safer

Now is as good a time as any to review progressive views on terrorism, and what to do about it – and the results of that approach.

What is the progressive view on terrorism? Inevitably it is that it is the fault of Western society, and if we just can give the terrorists what they want and negotiate with them, everything will be fine. Religion has nothing to do with it, and even mentioning the “M” word is intolerable. There’s no clash of cultures and ideologies, it’s just a few angry criminals responsible for occasional “man-caused disasters” – and they need to be prosecuted in a full civilian court of law that we give to all American criminal suspects, rather than as military detainees. Entire countries run by radical Islamist tyrants need to be cozied up to by some of the highest people in the country making these decisions. Individuals with incredibly dubious involvement and connections actually get invited to the counter-terrorism training centers.

So where does that leave us? It leaves us with Federal agencies who have to tie their own hands up. It leaves us with trying terrorists in criminal courts that aren’t able to prosecute terrorists captured on the field of battle – and may end up having to set them free. It leaves us with judges who bar the evidence of involvement in terrorist attacks from civilian trials because it wasn’t obtained in a manner they proscribe. In short, it leaves us failing to prosecute the terrorists in any manner, and failing to make us safer.

And it should leave you asking yourself if you’re any freer than you were four years ago.

Once again the talks have broken downalthough this time it’s Obama’s fault. As with so many other Democratssuch as Bill Clinton – he’s focused squarely on Israel and has blinded himself to the obvious: Palestinians aren’t interested in peace, and Israel is only an excuse. They’re interested in killing Jews, they celebrate it, to the point of all else. It’s about asserting the superiority of Islam over other religions.

Giving more money to the Palestinians…supporting them in almost any way is just arming them further to wage their blood feud, and continue to play dupe to their deception. Bill Clinton and the Noble peace prize committee revealed themselves to be world-class dupes as they rewarded Arafat while he encouraged terror on the side. Obama is simply continuing the traditional idiocy.

With respect to mine safety.

That’s the proposal New Mexico is facing from Congress.

The Fading American Dream

3 out of 4 don’t see it as attainable for everyone anymore.

I’ve viewed the American Dream as dying for some time now.

Obama and the Democrats promised they would go down – but they’re up 14%, and even more if you live here in Massachusetts where we’ve been previewing the system.

Also, Microsoft is yet another large company who’s starting to make their employees pay into the healthcare system, because the new bill just makes things too expensive.

Behold: A phased array satellite receiver on a chip. No more concave dishes necessary.

Inflatables!

Tales Of Democratic Sleaze

Let’s see:

And then of course, there’s the instances of system wide corruption:

Disenfranchising Voters

Now it’s not just New York ignoring the military voters, but Illinois as well. And if you think that it’s just a coincidence, well – Illinois has been lying about the state of things for some time, and the clerk responsible has a history of voter suppression.

There’s also a case of a women in Texas who wasn’t allowed to vote because she was wearing a “Don’t Tread On Me” pin.
