According to that supreme court ruling I mentioned just a little while ago – or what else would you call it when you’ve got so many criminals and such a bad income stream that you can’t afford to lock them up at all humanely?
It should be clear to everyone in the country by now that liberal economic and regulatory policies are proven failures.
