A Brief Reminder:

Just how bad the Obamacare waivers are. It’s political cronyism directly into the heart of our society – which is why all the biggest proponents of it are suddenly becoming exempt from the act. The payoff for them is that everyone else gets hurt.

By all rights, America should be doing fantastically – the reasons we’re not are purely political, not destined. The leaders we’ve chosen have demonstrated repeatedly that they want an America that is humbled internationally, dependent on foreign energy supplies, and who’s top companies and individuals, once our great roar of independent economic activity, now shuffle to the politicians’ whims.

And they’ll even tell you that themselves. They just want to bleed more money from society to play with themselves.

If they wanted to cut prices, maybe they wouldn’t have twice as much of a profit margin per gallon of gas than the oil companies themselves?

If he weren’t living off of my dime. The lottery winner who’s still collecting food stamps is a similar leech. These people are parasites who getting the rest of society to pay for their life, just because they can – and it’s liberal policies that are responsible for this. Furthermore, Liberals think that these entitlement programs are what makes America great.

At least now that he’s gotten some publicity more responsible politicians are trying to investigate this waste. The officials who approved this funding should be sacked and punished, as well.

Excellent news. Also, a warning about “scientific consensus”. Consensus has nothing to do with science, facts do.

Hopefully this device will put an end to the rising numbers of bedbugs. And if the hotels don’t purchase them, I suggest frequent travelers should.

There’s a reason the quake was so unexpected – and it relates to why it was so large, and caused such massive tsunamis: it was, in some ways, a new type of earthquake than we’ve noticed before. Hopefully understanding it will help us understand and more thoroughly prepare for earthquake related dangers elsewhere around the world.

Bono just repeated the myth that 90% of guns in Mexico come from the U.S.

Not true. Oh, and by the way, the same people who are supposedly so politically serious about gun control were deliberately selling weapons to Mexican drug gangs.

Likely food shortages – and they’re none too stable already.

This is interesting: here’s a claim, with just a bit more evidence than usual, that Roswell was actually a Soviet attempt to cause American panic, of the “War of the Worlds” variety. The pilots? surgically modified children.

Specifically, Iran is helping Venezuela build several missile bases with missiles that could reach, say, the U.S.

Safer than flying international.

And does so by deliberately scattering the light. Neat.

Conservatives such as myself have been warning about inflation for years. Well guess what? It’s here!

P.S. What do you think “Quantitative Easing” is supposed to mean?

Americans are now spending 12% of their disposable income on gas. Which is precisely what they wanted when voting into power a party who wants energy costs to “necessarily skyrocket”.

And some lefties are thinking it’s all ‘black propaganda’. It could be – but then you’re just ignoring well published facts that Google (among others) frequently release: the Muslim world is absolutely obsessed with sex. Terrorism almost certainly has more to do with the cheapest Freudian analysis you can make than with the typical lefty excuses of western oppression, and the evidence is pretty much everywhere for you to see.

It’s a scam.

Price setting never results in anything good.

With all the obvious graft and favoritism they’ve shown for who they’ve granted waivers to, the flipside must be just as corrupt. So of course they’ll hide it.

Oh, and probably ban any press that asks too many questionsnot that most of the press would.

And I don’t care. It’s just a number that barely means anything – but it’s instructive to watch how Democrats and the left are reacting. They could, of course, stop spending – for instance, here’s a lovely little government agency that literally exists for no purpose – but they consider that disastrous, and so are instead raiding federal retirement programs.

Suggested here.

I know that individual home ownership has been an American dream for quite a while, but honestly, most cultures have had their elderly live with family, or otherwise share space – and frankly, I think that is honestly a bit of a better model for society. Humans are social creatures, and while we certainly individual space, I think there’s a lot of situations where a certain degree cohabitation would benefit everyone involved. As much as I hate to credit hippies with anything, communes are more efficient – although they take the cohabitation idea too far for most people’s taste.

I also think that we have unfortunately configured our society and living arrangements in a manner that makes cohabitation more difficult than it otherwise could be.
