Neat – and kudos to the scientists who pulled off the calculation.
Simply through proper diet. Doesn’t sound like fun, but it beats the alternative.
It’s a big scare, with no good scientific justification.
And when you consider the world’s fish stocks, it’s actively harmful.
In case you missed it, the FBI’s most wanted was just captured last night, after years of searching. Apart from remarking on how wonderful it is to see some measure of justice finally being served, it’s worth commenting, as Michael Graham is, on just how much this story reflects the culture in Massachusetts. People in the state are still defending him, and perfectly happy with the fact that his brother ran one of the legislative bodies for so long. Anything is defensible as long as they keep those evil conservatives away. Every specific of government around here is horrible, but that’s no reason to vote for a different party than the corrupt machine Democrats who currently run things.
Geert Wilders was found not guilty on all charges.
The charges shouldn’t even exist in the first place.
With a system that actually works, rather than the ACORN-favored, mob-rule popular vote.
It’s amazing how even reasonable restrictions such as making sure minors have to notify their parents are portrayed as the end of the world by the pro-abortion crowd though.
Gets noticed – and misinterpreted by the media, of course.
I’m not sure Newt has any chance of winning the election if he gets the nod, but he’s got such great ideas on so many things I would love to see him with some cabinet position.
Here’s a good article over at Big Government that observes the wealthy fleeing high-tax regimes for lower-tax locales. I definitely empathize (and I’m not even rich) – I’ve been looking into emigrating to a state in a bit more fiscally sane state. Currently NZ is top of my list.
