Obama decided he would delay his decision (which would almost certainly be a rejection, since he’s been directly against every other way Americans can generate jobs and energy independence) until after the election. Now Canada’s PM Harper has told Obama that the oil will be going to Asia, since we’re not letting it come here. Oh, and that we’ve just lost another 20,000 potential jobs as a result.
