Yeah.

But that he’s sure Newt Gingrich is? Hmm…

Newt Gingrich has certainly espoused certain big government principles before occasionally, but I don’t see McCain as having a stronger claim to conservatism than Newt in any way.

Because circumcisions are incredibly effective at helping prevent the spread of HIV.

As Instapundit hints at, the looniest of the loony left is the anti-circumcision crowd.

This.

So why isn’t it racist to throw condoms at Catholic school girls?

On Greed

Worth seeing as often as it’s linked. Milton Friedman.

Also note that there’s a huge difference between greed – wanting more for yourself – and covetousness. The left denounces greed while making a virtue of covetousness – because they view the world as zero-sum, when it is easily provable as not. Of the two, covetousness is in the ten commandments.

Establishment GOP vs. the Tea Party movement. And without his “electability” what does he actually have going for him as a candidate?

Why Do Democrats Hate The Poor

After years of them claiming Republicans hate the poor as an excuse to implement the sorts of policies we see in Detroit, it’s only fair to ask them the same question.

Neat. I hope this sort of technology makes its way into civilian markets pretty quickly, as well.

Brown fat, for those not in the know, burns calories to help generate body heat. Having more brown fat means that you’ll not only stay warmer, but burn more energy even at a standstill.

In her quest to support universal human values of life and liberty, Ayaan Hirsi Ali has committed what many on the left see as the worst sin: siding with conservatives.

Interesting. The main thing I don’t like about Santorum is his focus on social issues – which I’m not opposed to, but which I think he’s a bit more big-government approach about (which I personally don’t like), and which I feel has a the best chance of bringing out Obama’s base than anything else. While his fiscal past isn’t the cleanest, it’s certainly no worse than the other two candidates.

Doing fake Indian accents when talking about outsourcing.

Mitt Romney’s Anger Issues

Are actually that he doesn’t get angry. Conservatives are looking for someone who will give a rousing defense of personal liberty, especially to the media and the left. Mitt is very religious and principled in his own quiet way, and can certainly get fired up to act effectively on issues – but he’s certainly not the confrontational-stickler-for-the-truth type.

The average Federal employee earns twice as much as the average U.S. worker, and over 279000 of them owe a collective $3.4 Billion in back taxes.

Yeah, that’s why I very much want to see the Romney establishment lose in Florida.

Obama’s to Reagan’s. Or Bush’s, I might add.

And supply side economics don’t leave us with quite as much of a bill.

Where Democrats rule: It’s more spending, $200 million in tax hikes, and we’re still paying parking attendants $94k.

Life imprisonment for the father and son responsible.

Good. Barbarians. The tribal, traditionalist Islamic attitudes towards women are something we definitely have to stand up against as they immigrate to western society.

Yup, really.

More Elizabeth Warren Hypocrisy

She’s somehow claiming to be the champion of the little guy – but she made a name for herself helping insurance companies deny asbestos claims.
