His bailout helped the union, but he royally screwed an awful lot of non-union automotive workers.

And ready for this upcoming election. Disgusting.
Does the majority of the population know or care about Obama’s ties to this organization?
Kevin Dewine. In concert with Mark Weaver.
Name them and shame them.
There are jobs to be had everywhere – in fact, we’ve got a labor shortage. They’re just in the manufacturing and trade skill positions that the occupiers consider themselves above.
It drives MA liberals nuts. Not that that’s difficult.
It’s occurred because government and development agencies finally let entrepreneurs actually focus on growth, rather than those same governments and agencies focusing on distributing the poverty.
They’ve left 12 Inspector General positions open, some of them for years. It seems they like having less watchdogs around.
He was involved in using Government to get risky loans put out, just like Obama was.
Nice. It’s basically a film effort to counter the negative propaganda constantly flying around over fracking.
I read through Kotlikoff’s website, and there are a couple of things that strike me about it.
- He’s got some good plans, but I don’t think he’s very politically informed. Most of his purple plans are quite similar to things the the GOP (especially the more Libertarian-minded side) has been trying to accomplish for some time. And yet he claims the GOP is part of the problem.
- His tax plan has many of the benefits of the FairTax, but isn’t quite as good – it has about as many or more drawbacks, for not quite as many benefits. Similar things can be said about some of his other plans.
Given that, and given that he’s a BU professor, I think Kotlikoff’s history is very likely that he’s realistic enough to realize how societally suicidal the Democratic party member/progressive has become, but he’s either a former member of the religiously liberal (as so much of the rest of Massachusetts is), or he’s surrounded by so many of them in his daily job that he buys into the constant pack of lies and vilification of everything conservative. I’m fine with independents, but I wish that he would take a look around and realize that he’s pretty much allied with the GOP on many of his issues, rather than an opponent.
Not with the fact that they’ve increased forestation levels. No, they’re ruining it with the fact that there are Jews present in Israel’s deserts.
In Kansas. They don’t necessarily care about the contraception issue – they just don’t like the free exercise of religion, because it may allow people to exhibit bias against them.
Ugh. How can the point be driven home to all aspects of American society (particularly the left) that freedom of speech (and religion!) means the right for others to do things you find offensive? And if they do, call them on it – don’t try to suppress them!
To be ignored by the left, who just wants to stop any sort of energy production whatsoever.
They’re anti-science.
And that means they’ll do what they can to drive the abortion rate up. Their business model depends on it.
