In other words, it’s do as I say, not as I do.

Hmm, maybe we should all fly to another climate conference somewhere tropical to talk more about how everyone else needs to solve this problem.

Global temperatures have cooled since he released “An Inconvenient Truth”.

Glenn Reynolds has a series of suggestions. I like the idea of banning taxpayer funding for air travel to conferences. I mean, if climate change is important we should treat it as such, right?

Worth watching.

It’s worse than just weaponized science. They also insist that very specific policy positions are equivalent to the science itself.

Gee, that’s too bad. But as his crew has been pointing out, we only had 4 years to save the earth in 2009. So either we did, or we’re already doomed, right?

And the arctic is already ice-free, right?

Al Gore’s Latest Lies:

That the Earth is now 4% more humid.

At this point it’s been more than 5 years since he said the arctic would be ice free in 5 years (or did him selling his tv channel to a Saudi oil company fix that?). Why is anyone still listening to him?

Basically, it’s how they explain away the fact that there isn’t the catastrophic global warming they’ve been saying we’re in for the past few decades.

They can’t account for the “hiatus” because their measurements are skewed. And even they admit there’s been a “hiatus”.

Don’t expect to see this one well publicized.

NOAA’s Climate Change Lies

They’ve been caught cooking the books with their data, and have been refusing to hand over the communications regarding how they arrived at the data they did, even under FOIA request. And the left is of course glad that the scientists are “refusing to be bullied” into showing their methodologies.

And why have they been fiddling with the data (along with NASA fiddling with their data)? Because there’s an 18 month hiatus that doesn’t show any warming, and may even show cooling, Antarctic ice is on the increase, the certainty that last year was the warmest on record is now 38%, and even NOAA has to admit that any current warm temperatures aren’t caused by global warming.

And the rest of the predictions by Al Gore, Obama, and all of their supporting global warmists are falling apart until all they have left is denial.

A peer-reviewed study, rather than that ginned up 97% one, shows that most scientists are skeptical of a global warming crisis.

Yes, because nothing says taking climate change seriously like emitting 300,000 tons of CO2 to pass an unenforceable agreement.

It’s like everything is proof of climate change!

We sure showed those terrorists, didn’t we? In the wake of an horrific terrorist attack that highlights the growing power of radical Islam, we held a big summit on climate change. And, focused on climate change, the western leaders who attended the summit emitted an estimated 300,000 tons of CO2, traveling via private jets while berating the rest of us.

Now they’re claiming success because they reached an agreement that doesn’t help the environment, is un-enforceable, but hey, it’s massively expensive and transfers more money to the people that the left wants to transfer money to, so the fish can stop swimming through Miami and India can stop flooding Florida, and Obama can go back to flying around the world and having gigantic motorcades. Because climate change is such a crisis.

Regardless of what you think about climate change and the subpoena against Exxon, you should be alarmed that an Attorney General (rather than a judge or jury) is issuing subpoenas, especially given that he’s doing so for political motives.

That’ll Sure Show The Terrorists

How do we rebuke them?

According to our president, by holding a climate change conference in Paris. That will show them for canceling Al Gore’s Paris climate talks!

• Climate change is happening faster than we realize and it will have catastrophic consequences for mankind.
• There’s very little we can do to stop it at this late stage, but we might be able to save ourselves if we immediately take these necessary and drastic steps:

– Increase our reliance on alternative energy sources and stop using so much oil and other carbon-based fuels;
– Adopt energy-efficient practices in all aspects of our lives, however inconvenient;
– Impose punitive taxes on inefficient or polluting activities to discourage them;
– Funnel large sums of money from developed nations like the U.S. to Third World nations;
– In general embrace all environmental causes.

You of course recognize these as the solutions most often recommended to ameliorate the looming crisis of Global Warming. But there’s a little glitch in my narrative. Because although the book I read was indeed about climate change, it wasn’t about Global Warming at all; it was instead about “The Coming of the New Ice Age,” and it isn’t exactly “new” — it was published in 1977.
