I wonder if this would have happened if Kari Lake hadn’t made this such a large discussion issue.
She constructed a bureau that was as independent from Congress and the Constitution as possible. And then complained when they weren’t accountable to her. And now their funding scheme has been ruled unconstitutional.
They’re going to fight over every state and federal statue they see as unconstitutional.

This is good news, and should be true of all laws everywhere. If a law is potentially unconstitutional, citizenry should be able to push back against the law without violating it.
The left is tired of human rights getting in the way of the society they want. And it’s not just guns, it’s due process, free speech, surveillance…
And the LGBT community gets outraged.
Yet another example where the left isn’t interested in freedom…they’re interested in a society that’s not free but in a way that they specify.
Well, I’m sure in their minds a directive to authoritatively enforce diversity agendas trumps all else.
Yeah, it kind of throws due process out the window. If you can find someone who knows the gun owner and thinks that the gun owner shouldn’t own a gun, you can get their license suspended unless they spend the time and energy to fight the situation in court.
Any public official who claims they want to get rid of the constitution should be immediately fired. Their first oath is to uphold it.
Like many other Democrats, he considers our rights as something government benevolently grants us, rather than what they’re clearly declared as: rights that cannot be taken from us by government or anyone else, the appropriation of which justifies us to armed rebellion against the tyrants who do so.
Then again, he never did seem to be that outstanding of a constitutional scholar.
