He wants Congress to do it. That would be nice but is wrong logistically, politically, and constitutionally.

Vivek Ramaswamy lays out the clear path to get rid of unconstitutional and duplicate agencies, you don’t need to wait for Congress to act:

I wonder if this would have happened if Kari Lake hadn’t made this such a large discussion issue.

She constructed a bureau that was as independent from Congress and the Constitution as possible. And then complained when they weren’t accountable to her. And now their funding scheme has been ruled unconstitutional.

They’re going to fight over every state and federal statue they see as unconstitutional.

I wish them the best of luck.

This is good news, and should be true of all laws everywhere. If a law is potentially unconstitutional, citizenry should be able to push back against the law without violating it.

Yes, government has been doing unconstitutional spying on all of us.

They don’t want you to see how much they’re abusing the powers they’re not supposed to have in the first place.

The Oregon legislature is trying to meet regarding several lockdown related items, such as eviction legislation. And they’re violating Oregon’s constitution by not letting the public in.

There’s now a protest outside the capital building that has brought in the police, and pepper spray, and all that.

Yeesh…

The only Democrat who’s willing to speak about being constrained by the constitution is Joe Biden of all people.

Then again, he never did seem to be that outstanding of a constitutional scholar.

That’s illegal. Which doesn’t surprise me about Obama in the slightest, at this point.

Although what he’s seeking seems fairly ineffective.

Shutting down a Women’s and Gender Studies Center to replace it with a Founding Documents Center.

This is apparently totalitarian, and teaches nothing useful to the real world. But that’s because the left doesn’t believe in any of the ideals or rules laid out by the founding documents.
